ENGLISH 4, POST 2: BEST HOLIDAYS

 


Hi teacher, my best vacations were in 2015, when we went together with my family, my mother, uncles and aunts, and cousins and pets to Valdivia, for a duration of a week, we stayed in a house that we rented for everyone, and from minute one, we were already happy when we arrived, because Valdivia is really a beautiful place, our house was a bit far from the town but not so much, and we had a very beautiful lake, which we enjoyed a lot. Among the activities we did is, kayaking, in that same lake, we rented the kayak, for an hour, we got on with my cousins but it was crazy, at least for me it was my first time in that, and at the beginning It was very easy but then the sun, and getting further away than we should, made it very tiring, in addition to the insects that were chasing us (horseflies), finally with our last strength we managed to return home, but we laughed a lot afterwards.

In addition, we went to different places to eat in Valdivia, many sandwiches, I remember that we went to many parks, and the one we liked the most was the Botanical Garden of the Austral University of Chile, we were able to travel a lot and laugh a lot. We also went to Niebla, a town near Valdivia that had a beach, and it was very nice. What stands out the most about this trip is having enjoyed the company of my cousins, the nights of laughter, and the movies, the walks at night, in fact it was all very fun. What was not so funny for me was that the little dog from that house when we were not in it, marked territory in my suitcase, and I could not occupy all my clothes, but we still laughed a lot later and my cousins lent me clothes.

In short, it was a memorable family pass for me, the best so far because the whole group of cousins was able to go, and because of the laughs too, because of everything we actually had a great time and we plan to get together again.

Hi teacher: The truth is that I like different musical styles, and different musicians and singers, but if I had to choose someone over this, I would say that it would clearly be Elizabeth Woolridge Grant better known by her stage name, Lana del Rey.
